Project Description
Bermonsdey Square is a new apartment block in the fashionable area of London. Featured as South London’s coolest quarter in Vogue’s annual Secret Address Book, Bermondsey Street gives you the vibrancy of its designer studios, local food producers, owner-managed businesses, community squares and distinctive local architecture.
Able’s challenge was to design and build a general purpose TV & Data system, offering the tenants with complete flexibility.
Each apartment is provided with:
- TV/satellite points in all main rooms
- Three separate Satellite feeds, providing flexibility of usage.
- CCTV pictures from building entrance presented on TV.
- A mini data network in each apartment for computer networking.
- Mini SOHO cabinet cabling hub, to enable the tenant to re-configure their TV and Data networks and to add their own equipment.
